B&B LUXURY RIDES
Policies & Conditions
This agreement is entered into between B&B Luxury Rides (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for transportation services.
By signing below, and/or paying deposit, client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the date and time.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than five (5) days prior to the event date.
A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is due at the time of booking.
A 4% service charge will be added to all credit card payments.
Reservations are not confirmed until deposit and cleaning fee are received.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit will only be refunded if the contract is canceled due to failure of service or breach of contract by B&B Luxury Rides.
If the Client cancels the reservation, all payments made are forfeited.
Minimum Time & Overtime
A 4-hour minimum is required for all bookings occurring Monday through Thursday
A 5-hour minimum is required for all bookings occurring Friday through Saturday
Overtime is billed in 1-hour increments at $250 per hour.
Overtime must be approved by the driver and may not always be available.
Passenger Responsibility
Client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers.
Any damages caused by passengers will be charged to the Client.
Excessive cleaning, spills, or bodily fluids may result in additional fees.
Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Safety Rules
Driver has full authority over the vehicle at all times.
No standing while vehicle is in motion unless allowed by the driver.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the vehicle.
No weapons allowed.
Failure to follow rules may result in termination of service without refund.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
Client agrees to pay for any damages including but not limited to:
• Broken seats
• Interior damage
• Vomit / bodily fluids
• Broken glass
• Excessive trash
• Charges will be billed to the card on file.
Company Right to Cancel
B&B Luxury Rides reserves the right to cancel service due to:
• Safety concerns
• Weather conditions
• Mechanical issues
• Policy violations
• Unforeseen circumstances
• If service is canceled by the Company, payments will be refunded.
Liability
B&B Luxury Rides is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen items
• Injuries caused by passenger behavior
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
• Client assumes responsibility for all passengers.
Authorization for Additional Charges
Client authorizes B&B Luxury Rides to charge the payment method used at booking for any additional fees incurred during or after the rental period. These charges may include, but are not limited to:
• Overtime charges
• Damage to the vehicle
• Excessive cleaning fees
• Vomit or bodily fluid cleanup
• Smoking, vaping, or odor removal
• Violations of company rules or policies
• Additional time requested during the event
• Any unpaid balance
Client will be notified of additional charges prior to processing when possible. By signing this agreement, Client authorizes B&B Luxury Rides to charge the card on file for the amount owed without requiring an additional signature.
A valid payment method must remain on file until the event has been completed and the vehicle has been inspected by B&B Luxury Rides.
Client agrees to be financially responsible for all passengers during the rental period.
Pricing & Booking Terms
Hourly Rates
Monday – Thursday: $175 per hour - 4 hour minimum
Friday - Sunday: $200 per hour - 5 hour minimum
Flat Rate
Monday - Thursday Full Day Rate (up to 8 hours): $1,250
Friday - Sunday Full Day Rate (up to 8 hours): $1,750
Additional hours billed at standard hourly rate
Overtime billed in 1-hour increments at $250 per hour
Booking & Payment Terms

Damage and Possible Additional Fees
The Client agrees to be financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations caused by any passenger during the rental period. The following fees may be charged to the payment method on file.
Cleaning Fees
Standard cleaning fee (due at booking): $100 (non-refundable)
Vomit / bodily fluid cleanup: $300 minimum
Excessive trash, spills, or mess: $150 – $300
Smoke / vape odor removal: $250
Alcohol spills requiring deep cleaning: $150+
Damage Fees
Broken seat, panel, or interior damage: Cost of repair + labor
Broken window / glass: Cost of replacement
Damage to lights, sound system, or electronics: Cost of repair or replacement
Damage to flooring or upholstery: Cost of repair or replacement
Damage to exterior of vehicle: Cost of repair
Rule Violations
Smoking or vaping inside vehicle: $250
Illegal substances inside vehicle: Trip may be terminated with no refund
Standing through sunroof / unsafe behavior: $150 fee + possible termination
Fighting / vandalism: Trip may be terminated with no refund
Overtime Charges
Overtime billed in 1-hour increments at $250 per hour
Overtime must be approved by driver
Additional Charges
Any damage not listed will be charged at actual cost of repair or replacement.
Client authorizes B&B Luxury Rides to charge the card on file for all additional fees after notification.
