Minor Consent

Responsibility for Minors

I understand that minors will be riding in the vehicle operated by B&B Luxury Rides, and
I accept full responsibility for their behavior during the rental period.
I understand that the renter listed on the contract is financially responsible for any
damages, cleaning fees, or violations caused by any passenger.

Behavior Requirements

All passengers must follow these rules:

• No illegal drugs

• No underage drinking

• No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle

• No standing while vehicle is in motion unless permitted

• No fighting, vandalism, or unsafe behavior

Failure to follow rules may result in termination of service with no refund.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

I understand that additional charges may apply for:

​

• Vomit or bodily fluids

• Excessive trash or spills

• Damage to seats, lights, windows, or interior

• Broken equipment

• Charges will be billed to the renter on file.

Early Termination of Ride

B&B Luxury Rides reserves the right to end the trip early if passengers violate rules or
create unsafe conditions.

No refund will be given if the ride is terminated due to passenger behavior.

Liability Release
I understand that B&B Luxury Rides is not responsible for injuries caused by passenger
behavior, failure to follow rules, or unsafe actions.

I agree to hold B&B Luxury Rides harmless for incidents caused by passengers.
